I’m Dmitry Belianin — an iGaming entrepreneur, marketer, and investor with 19+ years across affiliates, suppliers, and operators.
My career has been about blending tech, marketing, and bold ideas to build scalable businesses and push the industry forward.
I started in Minsk building affiliate sites, learning SEO, traffic, and user acquisition from the ground up. That early grind led me into leadership roles — from launching one of the world’s first crypto casino ICOs at DAO.Casino ($12M raised in a day) to running global marketing at Parimatch International (now Growe) and scaling growth as CCO.
In 2024, I shifted from corporate roles into entrepreneurship and angel investing. Today I run multiple ventures, including Already Media (media affiliate), Traffic Squad (performance marketing), Blask (AI market intelligence), and 15-Minute Mastery (leadership + strategy essays). I also back and advise startups like FTDx, StatsDrone, Whale, Ebaka Games, and Forza Sports & Media Ventures, with a focus on disruption in emerging markets such as Brazil.
My investment philosophy is equal parts discipline and rebellion — data-driven, but unafraid to break rules and bet on founders with vision. I see the future of iGaming in AI, personalization, and both crypto & regulated market growth, and I try to skate where the puck is going, not where it is.
Outside of work, I’m a vinyl collector, padel player, and voracious reader. My cats keep me company, and I support animal shelters with the goal of opening one myself.
